Where Do Therapy Dogs Work?

Frank T. Shane of the K-9 Disaster Relief Foundation will talk about the work of therapy dogs at the WTC site, and the work that therapy dogs have done over the 10 years since the attacks of 9/11. He will bring his therapy dog "Chance" to demonstrate the unique talents of therapy dogs.

10th Anniversary Reflections from Lower Manhattan

Handwritten and hand drawn thoughts from the residents, working people and tourists in Lower Manhattan were collected and woven into an art piece installed next to Battery Park's "Gardens of Remembrance."

Remarkable Humanity in the Service of Others

Two 9/11 widows talked about the charities they formed in response to 9/11. Susan Retik, co-founder of Beyond the 11th, talked about her work supporting widows in Afghanistan and Maureen Fanning talked about her work supporting families with autistic children.

Somos Americanos: Responses to 9/11 from the Latino Artistic Community

Painters, sculptors and filmmakers showed the powerful and personal art they created - including a documentary about 9/11 widows in Mexico, a light box made with papers that floated out of the WTC on 9/11, and a film shot on September 10 from a studio on the 91st floor of the North Tower of the World Trade Center.

Presented in collaboration with the National September 11 Museum.
